At Saudi TCG, we take pride in offering authentic and high-quality trading card products. Because of the collectible nature of our items, and to protect product integrity, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fairness and maintain product authenticity, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or opened:

  • Mystery packs or blind products (contents are random by design).
  • Sealed booster boxes, booster packs, and collection boxes
  • Single cards and collectibles
  • Clearance or sale items


Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item received (different from what was ordered).
  2. Product damaged during shipping before being opened.

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit of equal value.


 

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.

 

 

 

Return Shipping

 

If a return is approved:

  • You may be asked to ship the product back in its original sealed condition.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the error was ours.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns once the product’s seal is broken.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with random contents (e.g., pull results).
  • All sales are final once the order has been shipped and marked as delivered.
